Job description

You will support the Purchasing Group 1 electronics team on various daily tasks. These include supplier contracting, supply chain management, negotiations, creating and implementing cost reduction ideas, price analysis, supplier workshops and tech days, KPI tracking, system support, and many more daily topics.

Your profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic HBO / Bachelor student who is pursuing a degree in:

  • Supply Chain Engineering
  • Logistics
  • Business administration
Fluent communication in the English language is required and skills in:
  • Proactive & analytical skills
  • English proficiency
  • Financial knowledge
Desired start date september 2025.
 

Department

The work at the Department of Purchasing takes place in an international, challenging and inspiring environment. Within Purchasing group 1, electronic related components are sourced for the entire truck (engine, chassis and cabin). Correctly managing relationships with our suppliers is essential for our continuing success as a truck manufacturer. Purchasing has a strategic and crucial role in the acquisition of competitive products and services.
